• ColumnWood maintains a smoke-free environment.

• All of our suites have a large private bath and either a queen or king-size bed, and each suite is limited to double occupancy. 

• Choose from our Corinthian, Ionic, Doric & Tuscan Suites.

We are open seven days a week, year-round except Christmas Eve, 
Christmas Day and New Years Eve.

Amenities

• We provide off street parking.
• The guest refrigerator is stocked with sodas and iced tea.
• You will find cookies in the cookie jar.
• Each room is provided with a TV, stereo, robes, hairdryer
• Rooms have individually controlled air conditioning.

Guest Policies

• Check in is between 3 pm-7 p.m. Later times may be arranged in advance.

• Check out is 12:00 noon.

• Room rates do not include taxes.

• Smoking is permitted outdoors only.  

• Since our Inn is appointed for adults we can only accept children 10 years or older.  A separate room may be required.

• With advance notice we can accommodate small dogs (25 lbs. or less) with the understanding that the owners will comply fully with our Pooch Polices. 

• There is a $30 non-refundable fee per dog per stay.  We are unable to accommodate cats. See Our Mascot below.

• We accept cash, personal checks and major credit cards.

Room Reservations

• A 50% deposit of the entire stay is due within 10 days prior to arrival
• Or major credit card information must be provided to confirm a reservation.
• The balance is due at the time of check-in.
• Reservations made less than 10 days must be confirmed using a major credit card.

Room Cancellations

•  For cancellations within 5 days of arrival you will be charged a $25 cancellation fee.
•  For cancellations made the day of the reservation or a "no show", you will be charged for the full cost of the room     for that day.

Reservations and Cancellations During the National Boy Scout Jamboree ( July 24th - August 5, 2010)

•  Reservations made during this period must be for a minimum of two nights
•  For reservations cancelled 30 days prior to your date of arrival there is no penalty.
•  For reservations cancelled between the 30th and 16th day prior to your date of arrival you will be charged a $50  cancellation  fee which will be refunded if we can re-book your room.
•  For reservations cancelled between the 15th day prior to the reservation through the day before your arrival date, you will be charged a $50 non-refundable cancellation fee.
•  For cancellations made the day of the reservation or a "no show", you will be charged for the full cost of the room     for that day.

Pooch  Policies

We at ColumnWood B&B are glad to accommodate small dogs (25 pounds or less) to enjoy a stay with their owners. 

• No more than two dogs are permitted per room. 
• We have the right to limit dogs of certain sizes or breeds or to certain rooms. 
• There is a $30 non-refundable fee per dog per stay.  
• We welcome your dog with the understanding that you, the owner, will follow these simply policies. 
• We are unable to accommodate cats.

    1)  Owners shall control dogs at all times while on the property.
    2)  Dogs shall not be left alone uncaged in rooms, except during breakfast or dinner.
    3)  Dogs shall not be allowed to roam through the house, with or without their owners.
    4)  Dogs shall not be permitted to lie on the bedspread or comforters.  If dogs climb on furniture,
         the furniture  must be covered with a sheet or throw.   Ask for one if needed.
    5)  Owners shall prevent excessive barking.
    6)  Owners shall clean up dog deposits on lawn.
    7)  Owners shall report any accidents promptly.
    8)  Cost of any damage to furnishings or property will be charged to the owners.
