2010 Boy Scout
Jamboree (July 24-August 5, 2010)
ColumnWood is located less than two miles from the main entrance gates
of Fort A .P. Hill - the site of the 2010 National
Boy Scout Jamboree.
Special event rates will go into effect on Saturday July 24, 2010
through August 5, 2010. Please call us for rates and
to make reservations for this period.
During this special event, reservations must be made
for a minimum of two nights. We will offer a
15% discount for reservations made for 8 to 10
nights. There will be an additional $20 charge
(plus tax) over the double occupancy rate for a
third person in a room for rooms which can
accommodate more than two people.
Military
Specials
ColumnWood has special military
rates for those on official business at Fort A. P. Hill. With this special
rate, the Doric room is available at 25% discount. The Doric room has a
queen-size bed, TV, A/C and a large private bath with bathtub and shower.
This rate also
includes a full breakfast. The
cost, with tax, for double occupancy is $98.18 and
a single is $81.68
All the other rooms are available at a 15% discount.
Military personnel
(Active Reserve, Retired) not on official business at Fort A. P.
Hill may receive a 10% discount.
You must show a valid military ID Card at check in. You
must mention this ad when you make your reservation.

Theatre Tickets
If you stay at ColumnWood on a night
the Caroline County Community Theatre is performing we will give you tickets
to the evening's performance. You must check in prior to the performance.
One ticket will be given to each guest. See the Caroline
Community Theatre web site for dates of performances.

With 48 hours advance notice a certified
massage therapist is available to help you relax and reduce your stress
